福七15日赴美準備發射 蘇揆：從太空中守護台灣
台美合作的福衛七號衛星，預計15日送往美國的發射場準備發射。科技部指出，福衛七號將承接福衛三號的氣象觀測任務，未來將可提供更精準的天氣、颱風、強降雨等預報。科技部上午在行政院會報告「福衛七號發射整備現況」，行政院發言人Kolas Yotaka（谷辣斯．尤達卡）轉述，行政院長蘇貞昌在院會中表示，福衛七號發射是台美科技合作及台灣太空科技發展的重要里程碑。可促進台美雙方實質合作及科技外交，未來所觀測的氣象資料，對於提升農業、水資源規劃、颱風路徑預測精準度，促進國際科研合作，以及發展本土太空科技產業，都有實質效益。蘇貞昌指出，人類史上第一張黑洞的照片，昨天晚間在台、美、日等6國公開。8座電波望遠鏡，台灣就負責建造或營運其中的3座，顯示台灣在天文科學發現上的努力且占有一席之地。蘇貞昌表示，隨著2017年福衛五號的發射，台灣太空科技能量屢屢突破，同時奠定台灣自主發展的良好基礎。他上任後批准的第一份公文，就是第三期「太空科技發展計畫」，預計10年投入新台幣251億元，要達成「尖端技術養成」、「太空人才培育」及「太空產業擴散效哪裡買流行益」三大目標，彰顯台灣對太空科技發展的重視。透過太空科技的發展與運用，不只在國土上，更要從太空中守護台灣，保衛國人生命財產安全。國家太空中心主任林俊良出席院會後記者會時表示，2006年發射的福衛三號衛星迄今已服役將近13年，除役年限將到期；因此規劃福衛七號衛星計畫，以銜接福衛三號的氣象觀測任務。林俊良說明，福衛七號為台美大型國際合作案，由台灣國家實驗研究院國家太空中心，與美國國家海洋暨大氣總署（National Oceanic and AtmosphericAdministration，簡稱NOAA）共同執行。台灣負責設計衛星系統、建構地面操控系統與資料分析平台，美方負責提供衛星上的3項酬載儀器及發射載具等。林俊良指出，福衛七號衛星是一個星系，由6枚衛星組成，目標是提供南北緯48度內的氣象資料；未來福衛七號發射後，提供的資料量為福衛三號的3到4倍，且量測資料不受陸地或海洋的地形限制，也不受天候影響，將可提升天氣預報、颱風風場預測、強降雨等預報的準確度。他說，現在福衛七號的發射準備作業已進入最後階段，預計15日由華航貨機運往美國，16日抵達佛羅里達州卡那維爾角空軍基地的發射場，發射載具為獵鷹重型火箭。至於發射時間，因美國方面還有前置程序，正在等待美國通知。科技部報告指出，預期福衛七號帶來的效益，在政治面可促進台美實質合作；外交面上，將可進行科技外交，維持福衛三號建立的氣象資料國際地位，帶動台灣與歐盟、日本和東南亞各國的氣象合作計畫；此外並達到發展本土化資料處理及應用系統、精進台灣區域劇烈天氣預報、監測太空天氣、協助氣候變遷研究等。（中央社）
妙齡女下腹痛兩個月 16公分巨大卵巢囊腫腺瘤
台中一名16歲女高中生，下腹悶痛兩個多月，某天半夜劇烈腹痛掛急診，超音波掃描，發現巨大囊腫，佔滿骨盆腔，約16公分，研判是卵巢囊腫腺瘤，緊急微創手術摘除，術後不再肚子痛，三天後出院，病理報告證實是良性，醫師提醒，年輕女性如果長期腹痛，千萬別輕忽。(寇世菁報導)
台中醫院婦產科醫師黃一文說，卵巢囊腺瘤，是種良性卵巢腫瘤，是腺瘤管腔中，有分泌物滯留，呈囊狀擴張，稱為囊腺瘤，因?病變在卵巢，也稱為卵巢囊腺瘤，分為黏液性囊腫腺瘤和漿液性囊腫線瘤，前者好發在30到40歲左右的女性，後者好發在40到70歲女性。
醫師舉例，一名16歲女高中生，下腹悶痛兩個多月，某天半夜劇烈腹痛掛急診，超音波掃描，發現巨大囊腫，佔滿骨盆腔，約16公分，有如懷孕7，8個月，研判是卵巢囊腫腺瘤，緊急微創手術摘除，術後不再肚子痛，三天後出院，病理報告證實是良性。另外，一名18歲王姓女大生，因為月經失調求診，檢查發現腹部巨大水瘤，約16公分，佔據整個骨盆到肚臍的位置。轉診到台中醫院，仔細檢查排除惡性可能，也以微創手術，摘除右側巨大卵巢水瘤。
黃一文醫師提醒，年輕女性如果有長期腹痛，千萬別輕忽，最好盡快到婦產科就醫，接受骨盆腔超音波的檢查，早期發現早期治療。
